Positive: 1. Relatively good location. All shops and cafes are nearby, we can say that the hotel is located in the "center" of the island. 2. The rooms are bright, but repairs are definitely required there. 3. The cleaners did well, they cleaned the room thoroughly. And the man in the laundry room is also very nice. He washed, dried and brought clothes to our room. He also brought fresh bath and beach towels every day.
Negative: 1. It's a decent long walk to the beach (~ 20 minutes), compared to other hotels located near the beach. It's not super critical, of course, but in the heat it's hard to walk such distances. 2. The service is terrible. They absolutely do not know how to behave with hotel guests. • There is never anyone at the reception, so you will not be able to ask them anything. It is not clear why there is a reception desk downstairs at all. • A girl in a hijab who appeared at the reception 2 times during the whole time did not greet us. She just looks at you with an unpleasant look and keeps watching some videos. • When you write to them on whatsapp and ask for something, they say that they will help. BUT in fact, you will not get anything from them)) I asked several times to find us a snorkeling mask from the guy at the reception. I received as a response "Ok will try to arrange" and that's it. I'm sure he didn't even try to find that mask. We had to find it by ourselves from the locals. So, the staff is useless. 3) The hotel doesn’t provide any activity at all. There aren't even any bicycles. Such a shame. 4) Their cafe sucks too. The food is 4/10, and they always kept messing up with our breakfast. Once they forgot to put appliances; several times we had to wait for so long to get the breakfast, even though we ordered it in advance; once they even forgot to put the drinks. Some waitresses are good, but some are slow. The cashier is a girl in a hijab is very unpleasant, she looks like she is having a bad time in life.
Summary: I don’t recommend. It’s not worth it.
