Where the bay meets the bush this unique coastal property is tucked away in tranquil bushland perfectly set up for multi generational families or for multiple families with zoned living. Stunning views of the bay including the city skyline and natural bush at Arthurs Seat State Park.
In one corner you have the cutest playground with monkey bars, cubby house and slide complete with fairy garden which the little ones will love. 3/4 acre grounds sets the scene for a peaceful home away from home.
A highlight of this coastal home is the large wrap around balcony that flows from the main living area, enjoy a glass of wine or beer and watch the kids on the inground trampoline or running around on the large grassed area.
Purposely set up for multi generational holidays, allowing families to spread out and have their own space.
Upon entering the home you a stunning oversized stone wall fire place in an open plan lounge room which around the house and opens onto the deck. The house floats among the tree tops with spectacular views in all directions. There is a fully functional kitchen and a light filled dining room, dining table to seat 8, there is an additional meals table for 5.
On the entry level there are 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
On the ground floor downstairs (access via backyard or internal stairs) you have the 5th bedroom, kitchenette, seperate lounge room, bathroom and laundry with washing machine and dryer.

Bedroom 3 - 2 sets of bunks (sleeps 4)
