Negative: I made an extension of my stay by one day, and I got called and told the rate will be higher (1480) that was early afternoon and I said I’ll book through booking.com then I was told we can match it (1300), and will put additional authorization on the card for the extra night and I said ok, half day later At exactly 12 midnight I get a call at my mobile saying we can’t match it and it seems you are not back to the hotel yet. 1) I said why are calling me at midnight? 2) why did why did you wait all day to tell me at midnight and I said I’ll book on booking as he said after midnight you can’t do that and we put reservation on your card for (1690)
