Su situación en primera línea de la Playa Gandia, a 30 metros de la arena, hace de estos edificios un icono en la playa de Gandia.
El apartamento totalmente reformado, consta de dos dormitorios dobles, con baño con ducha y aseo, cocina en el salón, terraza, en el cuarto de la lavadora y secadora hay una quinta cama. Tiene plaza de parking incluida en el precio.
