Positive: The apartment is nice, however pretty outdated. It must have been wonderful 20-30 years ago. It really needs some upgrades. However, the location and the private beach are fantastic! If you are looking for a place just to sleep, at a good location with nice beach on a good price than this place is perfect, however be prepared for the following: no air condition in every room, noisy doors, uncomfortable beds, difficulties flushing the toilets. We also had some issues at the beggining with check-in time, the keys and some things were not explained/showed to us by the lady who let us in. At the beginning the customer service was horrible, the style they used with us was unacceptable. But eventually the owner became nicer, and kinder and helped us with the issues.
Negative: Location, private beach.
Summary: Great location, beautiful private beach, outdated apartment.
