Positive: Modern, clean, well organised, including equipment to take, pool, playground, nice 10 min walk to the beach. Comfortable bed with a window looking at the sea - worth the trip

Negative: Place is full of rules, some of them strict. We accepted the rules but if you're looking for party place - this won't be it
