The exceptional residence stands on the coast of Via Bari ex SS 16. To access it, you need to take an inter-farm road, which intersects the sea road, so you can enjoy the maximum privacy and tranquillity, much sought after in a deafening and frenetic world. A magnificent sensory experience awaits you at the imposing entrance gate. Upon entering you will be struck by the beauty of the magnificence of Villa Gioia and by the numerous details and accessories present.
The pool area, a gem set in the Pugliese villa, has a large infinity pool (14.50 meters long, the width varies from 4.60 meters at the narrowest point up to 10.65 at the widest point) , with variable depth (from 1.10 to 3 meters in the diving area) and access stairway to the surface of the water, bordered by graceful smooth pebbles, embellished with local stone boulders, with adjacent perfect relaxation areas and solarium, all surrounded by the flora of the garden that embraces the villa;
The large living room has large windows overlooking the pool area and the surrounding countryside.
Equipped with living room / conference room / hall, breakfast area, with large table and many relaxation areas with various sofas and armchairs, TV, fireplace, it has a service bathroom.

⏺️ If you intend to rent for mini events such as a birthday, bachelorette party, party degree or just for a reunion with friends and so on, for a small group of up to 20 people and up to 4 internal parking spaces,
only the pool area can be rented with the right to also use the external equipment (deckchairs, tables and armchairs, as well as the stone oven for barbecue complete with grill) (with parking for Max 4 cars) from 1 hour to 4.00 maximum hours based on availability in time slots, the cost includes the hourly payment of the lifeguard as required by law.
