The space
An older, renovated house that has three comfortable bedrooms, two queen bedrooms and one twin room with lovely soft linen and pillows.
Bathroom with shower, kitchen with dining table and basic cooking utensils.
While the property does not have air conditioning, being an older style home, Maxwell remains cool in summer with the windows and door closed. Fans in each room enhance the coolness inside the house.
The beautiful wood fire heater keeps the lounge room toasty warm with the heat drifting throughout the house. Wood can be supplied. Each bedroom wool doonas/quilts keep you warm in winter and cool in summer. There also electric blankets for each bed.
Maxwell is a shoes-off house and request work boots and shoes be left outside. Strictly no parties or loud music late at night. No smoking is permitted inside the cottage or in back sunroom. Please smoke outside and dispose of butts in garbage bin.
