Summary: My husband and I and our kids, ages four months old and four years old, were moving to the Houston area from California and needed a comfortable place to call home for a few months while we searched for a house. Our stay at Lymbar drive was definitely comfortable! Helen and Van made sure the house had everything we could have possibly needed. In fact, I can’t think of anything the house was missing: it had comfy sofas, cable, kitchen gadgets, a spacious yard, off-street parking, a nice big kitchen with a good oven, a dishwasher, and a full-size fridge, a washer and dryer- it was the perfect place to live for a few months and it was a very short drive to grocery stores, doctors, Fuzzy’s tacos (try the enchiladas and a margarita... I was hooked), Walmart, Chinese food, Lowe’s, fast food, and of course, MD Anderson. The neighborhood is low-traffic and walkable even with a stroller, and we ended up walking to the park which has a good playground quite a few times. It was very quiet while still being close to downtown. It was also fun to take advantage of living closer to the many awesome museums of Houston, which we explored on the weekends. Thank you so much! I’m not sure what we would have done had this home not been available. Total comfort and convenience. Thank you so much, Helen and Van!
