Positive: What can I say? First of all and most importantly Luisa was an amazing host, she went above and beyond to make sure our stay was a good one. We booked this after having booked somewhere else that wasn't very nice, it was all last minute and Luisa ended up calling me after we booked , allowing us to stay at her place there and then ahead of time. She talked us through directions and everything we needed to know about her very cute and homely chalet. Everything we could possibly need was there and it was just like being home from home, in fact there wasn't anything I can think of that we needed that wasn't there if you wanted it. Just remember to take your own bedding and towels, we lucked out as there was actually clean bedding to use as we weren't expecting to need it, but I think in general it's usual practice to take your own. Oh and also take plenty of £1 coins for the electric metre, we were there for four nights and wasn't inside a lot and so we didn't use many, but it's always best to be safe than sorry. We were a party of four adults, two of which slept single beds and they both said how comfortable the beds were. Book with confidence and know that your host is friendly, approachable and there to help with any enquiries. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you Luisa for your kindness once again.
Negative: Nothing we didn't like, but if I was going to nit pick we got confused on how to use the tv and couldn't get the aerial to keep picture, but that's probably more on us as none of us are very tech savvy. I'm sure we just wasn't doing it right and we wasn't really at the property long enough to worry about it. I'm sure if we had time and called Luisa she would have told us where we was going wrong?
