The apartment is air-conditioned with split-system units in the bedroom and living room. Radiator heating is provided by an independent boiler. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, washing machine, convection oven, microwave, digital kettle with adjustable temperature, Nespresso coffee machine, and an American-style coffee maker.
