Important details to catch:
- Only one parking space available on site. Please do park on your designated spot only to avoid getting towed. If you have more than one vehicle, please find street parking or nearby parking lot
- We only have split system AC in the living room and Master's bedroom. Thermostat can be controlled by remote. There is no AC units in 3 other bedrooms, but we provide portable fans.
- We have In-wall heater control by each space. Just a reminder to please do not set above 78.
- Kindly remove your shoes upon entering the front door. Strictly no shoes inside the unit.
- There are 3 Trash bin in parking lot, only put in TRASH CANS THAT HAS 2212A on it. Blue for recycle, Black for household trash and Green for Food Composite trash. PLEASE DO NOT THROW IN NEIGHBORS TRASH CANS. Bins will be emptied every Thursday.
- Please note that we do provide cable TV in the house. However, you may use your own Roku account to connect for entertainment.
