Have fun with the whole family at this stylish Charming 5 Bd 4.5Ba home. This lush 1/2 acre lot in the heart of Van Nuys is filled with mature citrus, avocado and fig trees. Gorgeous roses surround the patio area with in ground fire pit and barbecue. Large pool and spa area next to a half court basketball court. Furnished Airstream for lounging. Wheel Chair access into house, Wood stove in living room, additional brick fireplace in master bedroom.

Our smoking Policy is Strict, this is a non-smoking property, located in a High-Risk Fire Zone! Please do not smoke inside the property! If you smoke outdoors, please do so in the front yard and keep the sliding door and windows closed. Our smoking policy is VERY Strict. If there are smoke smells in the home, you may pay a fine up to $500.

We are located in a residential community and, although this is a holiday destination, it's home to many people. As such we ask that you respect their privacy and their right to a peaceful existence! Specifically, between the hours of 10 pm and 7 am, noise should be kept to a minimum.
