Now boasting two separate living areas and three bedrooms this home has more than enough space for family and friends to spread out. An impressive upstairs open plan kitchen, dining and living area, complete with combustion heater and reverse cycle air-conditioner will keep you comfortable throughout the year. This spacious living area spills out onto a large under cover deck with BBQ and an outlook over the reserve. Enjoy your morning coffee or evening vino.
The kitchen is well equipped with electric appliances and dishwasher. Three bedrooms, master with ensuite, all of which have ceiling fans. Fully enclosed back yard & Wi-Fi for all guests to enjoy.

Booking for Xmas/New Year Period? From the 27th December 2024 to the 17th January 2025, we will be running 7 night minimum bookings with arrival and departure dates being Friday to Friday. The weeks will be as follows:

o Week 2 – Friday 3rd January to Friday 10th January
o Week 3 – Friday 10th January to Friday 17th January
