The front porch has chairs for relaxing and enjoying your morning coffee with an awesome view of the lake and island. The large Master suite has a King Bed, Smart TV, Master bath has a walk-in shower. Guest bedroom has a King bed and Smart TV. 2nd Guest bedroom has 2 Full size beds. Plenty of seating in the living room with a comfortable Sectional. Dining Room can seat 8 people, with 2 more seats at the Breakfast Bar. Kitchen is fully stocked and roomy with lots of cabinets and stainless steel appliances. Plenty of outdoor patio furniture for entertaining in your own private pool and Patio. WiFi internet. RO system and Water Softener. There is garage parking for 1 small vehicle. All rentals, 30+ days or more, are responsible for any Electric over $150 per month.

Summary: I liked that the kitchen had new pots and pans and was fully equipped with the necessary items to cook. Home was well kept and clean. It has a massive master suite which was nice. Like that it was close to London Bridge & shops. There were a couple of shortfalls though, cable in the living room area was not working. The shower flooded in master room & the freezer door handle was loose.
