This 2 bedroom 2 bath condo fits up to 6 people. it's perfect getaway for a golf weekend, family vacation, team competitions, as it offers all of the comforts of home .
It is modernly decorated and is located on the 2nd floor in the Magnolia Pointe with an elevator . The condo has an open floor plan with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and living room with a 65" smart TV and access to a great screened and windproof patio area. The patio area has a patio couch, coffee table, and chairs to enjoy one's morning coffee.
The master bedroom boasts a king-size bed with a high-quality mattress to feel like home and a full bathroom with a remodeled modern screen shower door. it has a small work space by the window and a chair.
The second bedroom has king size bed, that can be separated to make two twins if needed, smart 55" TV, 2 chairs and full-size bathroom that also has access from the living room to share.
The living room, has a couch and 2 comfy chairs. It offeres a board games, Xbox, and smart 65"TV
The condo comes equipped with new washer/dryer, ceiling fans, WIFI, board games, an Xbox, playpen, and highchair as well as plastic bowls for kids to use.
Just a short walk from the condo is a sparkling outdoor swimming pool. Magnolia Pointe also features a BBQ grill areas with umbrellas and patio chairs for guests to use. Personal grills are not allowed to be stored or used at the complex.
All linens, bath/pool towels and travel size soaps and shampoos are included. For your convenience, this home includes free parking.
