This is a very beautiful modern contemporary house being offered for short-term rental. The property is centrally located in St. James, just minutes from the popular Warrens commercial hub as well as the beautiful beaches of the popular Barbadian West Coast.
Accommodation includes 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms all situated on the ground floor. It also has an upstairs powder room/cloakroom. The master bedroom opens onto a patio overlooking the west coast of the island and features a spacious walk-in closet and en-suite bathroom. All bedrooms (except the master bedroom) open out to the pool deck providing a lovely back drop for outdoor entertainment. The large fresh water pool sets a relaxing atmosphere for the entire family to enjoy.
The first floor consists of an open plan kitchen/dining space with high ceilings and floor to ceiling windows. The kitchen is spacious and features a breakfast bar with all modern appliances and luxury finishes. There is also a lounge area which can seat up to 10 persons in comfort overlooking the pool deck. A large patio is also situated on this floor which also boasts views of the islands west coast. This patio is also great for outdoor dining or entertainment.
