The Space:
The internal configuration set over a single level allows for multiple formal and informal living spaces all connected via solid Ash timber floors. Offering the warmth of solid timber flooring, ducted gas heating and ducted evaporative cooling. Save on eating out and enjoy the renovated kitchen with an oversized 900mm 5 burner gas cooktop and electric oven unit and large island bench.
Both the ensuite and main bathroom have been renovated and all 3 bedrooms have built-in robes, the second bedroom even opens through double French doors to the rear entertaining area. The front formal lounge has a smart TV and 2 couches that seat 6 comfortably, the dining table seats 6 guests and the separate living area has 2 comfortable chairs and another TV so the whole family can have their own space and enjoy their downtime.
This home is the perfect suburban escape and a very different experience to a motel or hotel, this actually feels like a home and we hope you enjoy it as such.
