With an incredible swimming pool of 12.5 x 5.5 m with sun loungers and lawn, just 15 minutes by car from the Mallorcan east coast. Pleta offers various possibilities for rest and disconnection in its space. You can play ping-pong, swim in its large pool or exercise on the lawn. A beautiful panoramic view can be enjoyed on both sides of the house.
The house is distributed on a single floor. The stately building offers two separate but interconnected residential units. In the main house there are 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms (3 en suite), a comfortable living room and a kitchen with dishwasher, modern gas stove and a large refrigerator - all tastefully decorated and of high quality.
The other apartment within the same property has two bedrooms, a bathroom, living room and kitchen with dishwasher included. The house is fully air-conditioned.
