Travel Purpose: leisure
Positive: Great location if you're with kid - as across the street there's very nice children playground. Apartment is not very far from the beach and aqua-park. City itself is quite small, so everything else is more or less walking distance. I liked the mattress quality. Kitchen was nice, and main room was cozy.
Negative: This old style of building has famously poor sound isolation. Neighbors were very quiet, but whenever someone exits or enters a building or apartment - whole house hears it. Also there's no way to dry wet clothes really, aside from ironing board, hairdryer or using washing machines centrifuge on max.
