Positive: Marco, the host, was exceptionally friendly and professional. He contacted me a few days before arrival to confirm my check-in time and made sure to be there personally to hand over the keys. The flat was spotless and fully equipped with everything I needed: towels, coffee, Wi-Fi, hairdryer, and even a washing machine. It’s in a quiet residential building with cafés next door, plus a bakery and supermarkets within 100 metres. Marco was also incredibly flexible with check-out, kindly adjusting to my travel plans. All in all, an impeccable host and a perfectly managed stay.

Negative: The flat doesn’t get much direct sunlight due to its position in the building, but that wasn’t an issue for me as I was out most of the day. There’s plenty of artificial lighting, and the heat pumps make it warm and comfortable when needed.

Summary: Perfect little flat in South Rome: spotless, well-equipped, and hosted with care.
