The house has a noise monitoring alarm fitted. Please note that the house noise alarm monitors the volume only, it does not record conversations at all. The noise alarm is a security device to ensure that the house is not used for parties, events or functions.
The house and its facilities are only for the guests who are booked to stay. at the property.
PROPERTY DETAILS
The in ground salt water pool is for use relaxation and enjoyment. The pool allows you to swim, soak, or simply relax whilst watching the procession of boats.
The outdoor dining table seats 10 and has a large gas BBQ.
Further around this huge deck, is the outdoors lounge room that seats six. With pull up blinds, to let the cooling breezes refresh you, or drop them back down, to protect you from rain or elements.
AIR CONDITIONING
The four larger bedrooms including the master bedroom are all air conditioned with overhead fans, the single bed bedroom has a fan only.
The breakfast bar counter overlooks the kitchen and seats four.
All bedrooms are roomy, with built in robes and are each fully air conditioned.
The large indoor lounge, has a large Smart TV, allowing you to watch free to air television or to access your Netflix account, or to start a new trial account for the duration of your stay.
We have a large laundry, with a huge washing machine and dryer for your needs. There is also an outdoor clothes line should you prefer the cooling sea breezes drying your washing.
We of course provide all linen, bath / beach / hand / tea towels for your visit with us. Basic consumable items are provided for your assistance as a "starter for your visit" with us. Eg: instant coffee sachet, tea bags for each guest, toilet paper ( 2 rolls per toilet) , 3 in 1 shampoo/body-wash & dishwashing powder, these are provided for short stay (1-2 days). Any additional items you require will need to be purchased by you
The property has a 12 metre jetty that you can use to moor up to a 50 foot yacht, or power boat. Book this amazing property and moor your boat only minutes from the Mooloolah River entrance to the ocean. At the end of the day, walk straight off your boat, up the walkway and into the house. Put your boat in the water at a close local boat ramp and leave your boat trailer in the house drive way, safe, secure and out of the way.
We have 2 new kayaks and paddles for your use, please have 2 people pick them up and take them to the waters edge and return back next to the house DO NOT DRAG them on the concrete please as damage will be at your cost.
Parking is in front of the garage and has enough room for 3 vehicles. The garage is not accessible to guests. The large side gate to the water is not accessible to guests. Boat access is accessible from 2 nearby boat ramps.
And just to prove that this property has it all, there is an indoor fireplace for those cool winters evenings, when you would love the warmth and flicker of the fire. (BYO firewood/paper/matches available at service stations nearby)

Please Note: This is a family friendly property, we are NOT an event, or party house. We do NOT have and will NOT cater for schoolies, bucks/hens parties, or other large social gatherings.

We are NOT A PARTY, EVENT, FUNCTION, PROPERTY. IT IS STRICTLY NO SMOKING. If you wish to use it for any of these reasons, we would ask you to book elsewhere as we do not condone or want these here. On booking, if you haven't already told us, we will ask for details of your group and information on your trip here to the coast. We do value our wonderful waterfront house and the well being of our neighbours. If we have reports of a party, event, function and / or complaints from neighbours, we will investigate and if necessary ask you to immediately vacate the premises. I cannot stress HIGHLY ENOUGH this is a high quality, luxury house for families, friends and small groups, who want a quiet peaceful time whilst they are here.
The cleaning charge for your stay is levied on a normal clean, if guests have left garbage, stains, rubbish, bottles, breakages, cigarette butts/smell/burns (which we will have cleaned or repaired) the guest/s will be levied for ALL ADDITIONAL CLEANING AND REPLACEMENT COSTS.
