There is heated garage parking for 2 vehicles, and an additional 2 vehicles can comfortably fit in the driveway for a max of 4 vehicles. The Rendezvous neighborhood is a residential community full of dogs, kids, and many full time residents. It is a requirement to be over the top respectful of all neighboring properties and residents, drive slowly through the neighborhood, and keep noises to a minimum outside in the evening & nighttime hours. The property does not allow parties or events of any kind, and cannot be over-occupied (includes guests staying at the home and outside visitors who will not be staying) due to the strict local short term rental regulations in the area. There is no smoking of any kind permitted at the property or outside the property. The primary renter MUST BE AT LEAST 30 YEARS OLD, AND MUST BE PRESENT FOR THE FULL DURATION OF THE RESERVATION. Failure to be a respectful neighbor or to follow the property rules and local short term renting rules can lead to immediate eviction without refund.
Please note the real wood firepit at the property cannot be used at any time. There is a real wood exterior fire place on the deck that guests are welcome to use, and also a gas fir pit on the lower deck guests are welcome to use. All exterior fire places and fire pits are dependent on local fire bans, and cannot be used when a fire ban is in place. STR License #003486
