Summary: Check in was very stressful. There was no one there to assist,when could not access room. Also had 2 rooms booked which at first could not be found. It would be helpful to always have someone or a contact number that can assist a person eho is not computer or technology savy Been to this propertyseveral times however when there was someone avaiable and loved my stay. Enjoy the property overall
