Positive: Location on slope can't be beat. Hot Tub, Sauna, views, boot/glove dryers in the garage, and room for everyone. The house was exceptionally equipped with everything you need.
Negative: It looked like the Hot Tub had seen a little abuse. The cover wasn't functioning properly and 1 of the settings on the jets shot water straight up into the ceiling. Was more a need for repair from previous guests abuse than anything we didn't really like.
Summary: Enjoyed it very much. Will for sure be looking to see if this house is available on our next visit.
