The villa consists of two separate buildings, which are connected by a glass corridor. Both the old tower and the hay barn have been completely restored with old brick floors and wooden ceilings, featuring the best of contemporary Italian design.
Villa dei Granai, has a separate studio apartment at the pool level and seven double bedrooms with en suite bathrooms and it can accommodate 16 guests. A very well equipped large kitchen, huge dining room and several living rooms complete the interior, while outside there is plenty of space for al fresco dining, a typical Italian garden, with lawns adorned with roses, jasmine and different types of plants and flowers, an infinity swimming pool with its annexed Jacuzzi overlooking the amazing Chianti countryside.

The tower that is composed as follows:
Main floor: Where you will find two large living rooms with arched windows through which it is possible to enjoy a spectacular view over the valley; one twin bedroom (that can be joined to get a queen bed) with en-suite bathroom and a separate powder room.
First floor: One bedroom (with queen size bed) fireplace and a large double shower bathroom; One twin bedroom (or join as queen) with en suite shower bathroom, and one bedroom (queen size bed) with en-suite bathroom and adjoining living room (perfect for reading) with large fireplace.
Second floor: A master bedroom with queen size bed, separate dressing room and large bathroom with lavish bathtub and separate walk-in shower.
The hay barn that is composed by:
Main floor: with a gourmet kitchen with all facilities (two ovens, one microwave oven, double fridge, wine fridge, 8 burner induction stove, double sinks, industrial dishwasher; dining room with 16-18 seats, laundry room and powder room.
First floor: with two bedrooms (queen size beds) each with en suite bathrooms.
Guesthouse by the swimming pool level that consists of a studio with double bed, bathroom with shower and combination kitchen/living room.
The kitchen is equipped with: professional dishwasher, fridge, freezer, 2 microwaves, ice machine, espresso maker, American coffee maker, toaster and all other kind of useful appliances.
The villa comes complete with fridge cellar, barbecue in the garden, large parking area Wi-Fi in the common areas, not in the bedrooms, as signal cannot reach them due to the large walls.
