Welcome to After Dune Delight! Pet Friendly!! Second Floor Condo (No Elevators), located in the Subdivision of Myrtle Wood Golf Club. Our 3BR/2BA Modern Condo has an open and spacious floor plan. The pool is right outside the condo for your use. This is a great retreat off the busy area but, close enough to enjoy the night life in Myrtle Beach. We are located about 2 miles from the beach and 3 miles from Broadway at the Beach.
The Space:
BED & BATH
The Master Bedroom has a Queen Bed, and Private Bath. The second bedroom has a Queen Bed, TV with cable access and attaching bath. Third bedroom has a set of twin beds. Bathrooms are also equipped with hair dryers for your convenience.
LIVING AREA
You will love the large and spacious living room with multiple seating options couch, love seat, recliner and multiple chairs for plenty of relaxing time. A Flat Screen TV with cable access.
KITCHEN & DINING AREA
The fully equipped kitchen is appointed with everything you need to create delicious meals. When it's time to dine, the dining table accommodates six and the counter bar with bar stools accommodates 4.
BALCONY
Sip your morning coffee on the tiled balcony with remote controlled motorized solar shades, that overlooks the pool and adorned with palm trees while enjoying that amazing sunrise or stunning sunsets, complete with seating for four.
LINENS & COMPLIMENTARY TOILETRIES INCLUDED:
Linen for all the beds, towels, washcloths, a kitchen dish towel & dish rag set as well as 1 STARTER size set of shampoo, conditioner, soap & 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 roll of paper towels and several trash bags.
Any stained, non-washable, ruined linen will be subject to additional charges. Our linen is NOT to be used to remove makeup or clean up messes!!

Easy access to MYRTLEWOOD GOLF COURSE with 36 holes & Driving Range.
-Outdoor Pool (The smaller pool located directly behind the condo. It is the only one that guest(s) are permitted to use.
******* Please note that sometimes the pools and other amenities could be closed for repair and maintenance, especially in off-season months. If the house/condo happens to be in a resort, they try to use these off-season times to do yearly updates. We can't control this dates and times and we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Guest Access:
- Entire Condo
- Outdoor Pool (Guest(s) are ONLY allowed to use the smaller pool that is located directly behind the condo.)
- GUEST are REQUIRED to climb one flight of stairs.
- Keypad Entry- for convenient self check-in
- All check-in instructions are automatically be sent out via our system software on the day of arrival approximately around 1:00pm. Please make sure your check-in form is filled out at the time of booking, as this is how the system knows to send out your check-in instructions.
- 2 Parking Spaces are allowed for this unit. Parking is onsite outside the unit. Parking spots are not assigned and are first come, first serve.
- Motorcycles, trailers, and golf carts are permitted, however they MUST be parked in the designated parking zone, about a 2 minute walk from the unit.

After Dune Delight is Located off of Myrtlewood Golf Club. Beautiful neighborhood surrounded by relaxing golf course views. Quiet space that is still close to everything you would want to make your vacation memorable. Enjoy the easy and convenient location of our two Golf Courses.

Cancellations: Please see the cancellation policy for refund information. **NOTE: THERE ARE NO FULL REFUNDS UNLESS THERE IS A MANDATORY EVACUATION ISSUED BY ORDER OF THE GOVERNOR OF THE STATE OF SOUTH CAROLINA. **
We highly recommend guest(s) to purchase travel insurance for all of those unexcepted things that can come up.
- Smoking: NO SMOKING is allowed inside the condo of any type, this includes Cigarettes, E-Cigarettes, Vaping, Marijuana, etc.
- Events/Large groups: No more than 6 guests are to occupy the unit each night. Large parties or loud noise that causes a disruption to the resort and their guests will not only constitute a full charge of the security deposit but will also result in the police being called to REMOVE you from the property immediately upon notification.
Please remember this is a PRIVATELY OWNED CONDO, we ask that you PLEASE treat it as you would your own home.
Renter acknowledges that there is ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES, NO SMOKING & NO PETS allowed on or in the property, bringing in pets, throwing parties, or causing a disturbance to the Resort or other Guests.
Trash & Dishes must be taken care of on departure. An extra charge of $50.00 will be charged to you if they are not taken care before your departure!!
If you violate the Rules you will forfeit the damage deposit in its entirety, and you will be removed from the property with ZERO REFUNDS!!!!
Absolutely NO Early Check-In unless prior permission is given & subject to additional charges. We must allow time to prepare the property in between our Guest.
Please respect quite hours. Quiet hours are STRICTLY enforced from 9:00pm thru 8:00am. YOU MUST Be Respectful of all Neighbors & The Property Rules!!
Remember since this is not part of a hotel you will not receive daily maid service... If you would like daily, bi-weekly maid service or towel exchange this can be arranged for an additional fee.
