Positive: I had a wonderful stay at Na Hotel. The property is located on a quiet street in San Cristóbal de las Casas, just a short walk from the city center. My spacious apartment was on the top floor, fully equipped with everything I needed, and offered an incredible panoramic view of the entire city. The owners were absolutely amazing—very welcoming, warm, and friendly, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Overall, a fantastic stay and I would definitely return!

Negative: The only minor issue was that I saw two cockroaches, likely coming through the shower pipes, but I understand this is a common occurrence in the area and not something within the owners’ control.
