Positive: Loved the setting. Staff were friendly, very accommodating. Beds comfortable. Breakfast lovely. Pool was fantastic.
Negative: Little dated, needed refurbishment. Not much selection for hot drinks in room,need to add hot chocolate sachets,more milk. Staff need training on the history of the building and the celebrities that have stayed there. More business would be generated knowing that big names have been there.missing out on promotion opportunities. Disappointed that staff not taking an interest in the history of their workplace.
