Positive: Great location, nicely decorated. Good facilities in the kitchen.

Negative: The sofa bed legs were uneven so we had to use just the sofa instead. The boiler created a lot of noise in the second bedroom. Would have been nice to have had some christmas decorations in the static as visiting for the Christmas events in the town.
