Positive: The location is amazing. Only a quick trip from Kyoto and Osaka but in the heart of nature, letting you really feel the atmosphere and relaxation of the countryside. The hospitality is top notch. The dinner was very typical and lets you blend right into japanese culture. The hot springs were amazing! The outside garden is also very beautiful.
