There is a $55 pet fee that covers the first two pets if you decide to bring your pet along. For any additional pets, a $50 fee per pet will apply. We will arrange this extra charge separately after your booking is confirmed.
✹ QUIET HOURS - This is a residential neighborhood. We respectfully ask that you observe quiet hours from 10 PM, every night of the week. Violations of this rule may result in a formal report filed on VRBO or early termination of your booking.
✹ OPEN CONTAINER POLICY - Downtown Savannah has an open container policy (plastic only) which allows you to walk around and drink (only) in the downtown Historic District, north of Forsyth Park.
