A newly built modern coach house with 3 bedrooms and 1 bath. Minutes from Centennial Beach it is the perfect retreat designed with comfort and functionality in mind.
It has a fully equipped kitchen, living room with 55' Smart TV, high speed internet, and modern washroom with tub to meet the needs of any guest!
Located minutes from the downtown where all the action is happening and with the best restaurants and bars in town.
10 mins from Georgian College and 25 mins from Lakehead University
This is a 2-storey coach house. You walk into a nice open space where the main floor consists of a well designed living room, dining room, kitchen and bathroom. It is cozy and functional perfect for hanging out after a day at the beach or a long day's work!
You walk upstairs where the 3 bedrooms are located. Each bedroom has a queen sized bed (each sleeps 2) all with brand new linens, comfortable memory foam mattresses and a good sized window with shades.
The living room couch could be used to sleep 1.
There is also a washer and dryer located near the kitchen for your use.
There is parking on the driveway for 1 vehicle.
Check-in with a secure smart lock code that is sent to you prior to arrival. The unit is private and not shared.
Located in the heart of Barrie this home is close to everything you need. Amenities galore! It is safe and family friendly while providing you access to best restaurants and bars nearby.
You will be minutes from Centennial Beach where Splash On Water Park is located. Perfect for the kids! Johnson's Beach is also only 5 mins away form the home.

Guests are responsible for their own consumables after initial reserve provided is used.
โคA fully refundable $250 security deposit is required. It is collected securely through our trusted property management system and covers incidents such as intentional damage to linens or lost keys/fobs.
โคGuests must provide a government-issued ID and complete a screening form through our verified property management platform.
โคFailure to complete the ID verification or security deposit process will result in a canceled reservation with no refund.
โคNote: The individual making the booking must be the one staying at the property. The credit card on file must match the booker's name. Valid government-issued ID and a signed rental agreement are required prior to check-in.
1. No shoes to be worn inside the home.
2. Quiet hours start at 10pm on week nights and 11pm on weekends.
3. No smoking indoors. Any cigarette butts are to be disposed of off the property. No Smoking of ANY KIND in the unit.
(Only permitted outside the house.)
We have a strict no-smoking policy in all our units. You will be fined $500 if you violate. If you must smoke, please do so in the back yard.
4. No pets. **Evidence of pets inside the property will result in a $100.00 fine charged to guests.**
5. No parties and/or large social gatherings. No events, birthdays, bachelor or bachelorette stays **There is a $250.00 surcharge charged to groups that are deceitful about the use of the house. Please be transparent and honest. Guests partying will be asked to vacate the property immediately without refund.**
6. Check-in and Check-out times are MANDATORY unless scheduled and confirmed at a minimum of 24 hours in advance and if we are able to accommodate without double booking. **$50.00/hour penalty will be applied if you fail to check-out by 10am or by the agreed upon check-out time. My cleaners are on tight schedules**
7. A surcharge of $100.00 per undeclared guest per night will be applied for unapproved guests. Please be honest. We must coordinate cleaners and inventory based on the number of guests that occupy the unit.
8. Please leave all shoes at the front door and do not wear them throughout the house.
9. If any personal property is damaged/lost/stolen or if the cleaning company requires additional time to clean up, you will be charged accordingly.
10. Lock all windows and doors if your are not home.
11. Turn off all lights when not in use.
12. If there is any maintenance issue, please contact me directly so I can send someone to fix it.
13. Garbage is not to be left inside the unit upon check-out. Please dispose of all garbage inside the unit to the outdoor bins.
14. Garbage, recycling, and organic wastes is to be disposed of properly and up to city regulation. **$50.00 surcharge charged to guest who fail to follow proper waste protocol. My cleaners will have to dedicate time to re-sort the garbage correctly.**
15. No Moving / Rearranging of the furniture.

16. No unplugging of the electronics like TVs, cable boxes, lamps, Roku sticks, etc.
17. Guests looking to extend their stay are welcome to do so, subject to availability. Please note, we require a 48 hour notice MINIMUM prior to checkout time to extend without penalty.
All extension requests that are between 24-48 hours before checkout time are subject to an additional 50% of the cleaning fee to reschedule cleaners.
Any extension request that is less than 24 hours before checkout time will be subject to an additional cleaning fee.
Please note that all additional fees must be paid first before an extension is confirmed. Our cleaners operate on strict schedules and 100% of the fees go to our hard working cleaners to compensate them for the last minute changes.
A REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT OF $150 WILL BE COLLECTED AT THE TIME OF BOOKING.
