This home provides tons of fun while also offering luxury accommodations in a great outdoor space (with a hot tub and fire pit!), a fully equipped kitchen, two large living rooms, a beautiful dining table with seating for six, a large game room, and four spacious bedrooms plus two and a half bathrooms.

Among many amazing features of this house, the game room is a true standout. Featuring a pool table, poker table, card table, an arcade game, a full bar with seating for 4, a popcorn machine (with supplies to make popcorn!), a dart board, and THREE TVs mounted on the various walls (FREE Netflix- an A Stay Above The Rest essential). You are sure to have a great time in this house while also being treated to comfortable and plush linens, all soaps provided, Smart TVs, and many thoughtful extras.

The large kitchen is very well-equipped with items like a KitchenAid stand mixer, Keurig, coffee maker, Ninja air fryer, Margaritaville Machine, crockpot, blender, baking dishes - the list goes on and on!! Adjacent to the kitchen is a dining area with seating for six and a large serving counter. The family room is open to the dining area with a sofa, large smart TV, electronic fireplace, and foosball table. Upstairs is a secondary family room offering tons of natural light and plenty of seating for everyone to either play any of the provided games or enjoy the Smart TV! Taking it outside, the private backyard is fenced with a hot tub, comfortable outdoor seating, a fire pit, grill, and a cornhole game- a Texas favorite!
Bedrooms:
All four beautifully appointed bedrooms are upstairs. The primary bedroom is expansive and boasts a king-sized bed with a large completely remodeled en-suite bathroom that has a luxurious soaking tub, a double vanity, and a spa-like stand-up shower. The primary bedroom also has a large sitting area with a Smart TV. The other three bedrooms boast comfortable queen-sized beds with plush linens that share a full-sized hall bathroom. One of the secondary bedrooms has a desk- perfect for working remotely! There is also a laundry room and a half bathroom downstairs.
