Clearwater is a beautiful coastal city situated on the Gulf of Mexico. This vibrant city is home to stunning white sand beaches, spectacular sunsets, and a variety of outdoor activities. From fishing, boating, parasailing, and jet skiing, there's something for everyone to enjoy. Clearwater Beach was voted #1 Beach in the U.S. and is home to various shops and restaurants. There are festivals and events held throughout the year, such as the Jazz Holiday, Music and Arts Festival, and Sea-Blues Festival.
About the Space
The master bedroom is nicely decorated and furnished with a king-size bed, a walk-in closet, a flat TV, and an ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom features queen size beds, a walk-in closet, and a flat TV. The third bedroom offers queen size bed, closet, and a flat TV. The fourth bedroom features a queen bed, closet, and a flat TV, making this house a perfect spot for extended families. A washer and dryer, 5 flat-screen televisions, Wi-fi, two car parking spaces in the driveway, and a beautiful pool with a Lanai are also included. This is a non-smoking house. Linens, towels, and pillows are provided for the comfort of our guests. We provide a starter supply of liquid soap, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, dish soap, dishwasher soap, paper towels, toilet paper, and garbage bags.

*There shall be a mid-stay inspection for quality and safety purposes from our team member for stays that are over 14 days or more.
*Please note that an additional cleaning fee of $125.00 will be charged for any stays lasting longer than 28 nights. This fee will be collected after your booking is confirmed. Must be paid before your check-in date.
*Please do not open the garage door nor park your car inside.
*Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any water or electricity outages caused by the city. We will do our best to assist you during these circumstances, but please understand that it is beyond our control. As such, we regret to inform you that we cannot provide refunds for any inconveniences caused by such outages.
*Right of Access: Guest understands, acknowledges and agrees upon confirming their booking that the manager/technician of the property will access (with or without your presence) the property for purpose of inspection, any maintenance requests from guests or other circumstance when deemed necessary with reasonable notification by one/all or any text, message, call, through booking platform to the guest for purposes of ensuring the safety and security of the property.
