Everything is new, including the house completed August 2025. The house is located in a quiet, very nice, and friendly neighborhood and has a bit of an ocean view. It has an open, airy, bright feeling and relaxing atmosphere. For dining, the front room has a pop-up coffee table, the kitchen has a breakfast bar, and the front deck has a table and chairs where you can enjoy the fresh ocean air. The all-gas kitchen is very well equipped for cooking.
