Our condo is located at the Ledges which is conveniently located in the Heart of Osage Beach with restaurants and golf and activities nearby. Our guests appreciate the main channel views and the peaceful no-wake cove. Complex offers 2 pools, one of which is on the point of the property with great view of the lake. In addition, a sandy beach play and swim area that the kids can enjoy.
Our condo offers recent upgrades including replacing narrow spiral staircase with a more modern beautiful open wood staircase. New carpet in bedrooms and loft and new hardwood flooring in living room. An open floor plan with vaulted ceilings offer a very spacious feel, large bedrooms, 2 baths, cable TV, Internet, washer and dryer. Kitchen is fully equipped with all essential appliances and utensils. Our condo is located on the 4th floor which provides a great lake view with convenient cat-walk entrance from parking lot to our front door.
Master suite has a king size bed and private bath with access to deck.
Large second bedroom offers a queen size bed with closet.
Loft also offers 2 queen beds.
A 14ft. by 30ft. boat slip is available free upon request with condo rental.
