Positive: Fantastic facilities outside and inside. Great pool and seating area, we loved sitting in the hot tub at night. French boules, table tennis and bikes which helped to occupy our older teenage children. There is a small swing set and trampoline for younger children. Kitchens were well equipped. Property was very spacious and comfortable. Family who own the villa were exceptional hosts. It is situated in a small village which does have a great cafe/bar which you can walk to easily, but there are no restaurants nearby. You would really need a car here which we had and had no problem driving around the area - close to Trogir, Krka National park and about 50mins from Split. However, having the lovely brick built BBQ we did eat at the Villa most nights - beautiful sitting out at the table in the garden with the views of the hills all around. There was also a Lidl about 20mins drive and a small supermarket in the village (2min walk) where we were able to get lovely fresh baked bread. We loved our stay here. We were a large family group and it worked out perfectly.
