Positive: The room is so big. The whole palace reflects the beauty of Moroccan design. The place was so quiet. The most impressive is the staff’s ability to make us feel comfortable. They go beyond our expectation- especially Oussama and the two kitchen staff who brought to our room a dessert with a candle for my husband’s birthday. They sang a birthday song too. Thank you.
