Positive: The location was terrific. Beach access was great. Overall there were great spots for different people.

Negative: Smell was very musty in entry area up to, and including, part of the main floor. The bedrooms upstairs had a smell of someone smoking. We had to remove bedding. The bed in one room was broken and we had to try and use books to support it. There were many spots on rugs and carpet downstairs and there was a pet smell. Cleanliness of the sliding doors to outside and some of the outdoor patios were awful. The grill outside was disgusting with a full grease trap. My husband tried his best to clean it inside, but it was unusable. It took until Wed pm for the cleaners to come back. They tried to help with the smell but it didn’t work.

Summary: We really liked the location but were disappointed with cleanliness and condition of certain areas.
