Positive: This is a cute, small, well appointed little apartment about 10 minutes walk from downtown. The host is very responsive and nice. I found this a very economical way to see Korinthos. There is street parking around the apartment but you'll have to get lucky to get a spot in front of the place. I parked a couple of blocks down on a quiet residential street, which was fine for me.
Negative: Well, I would say that if you're sensitive to ambient traffic noise I would go elsewhere. The apartment has good double-pane windows for noise muting, but it is quite near a fairly busy street and there is some traffic noise, even with earplugs. It does die down in the late evening and very early morning.
