Our unit is a bright and sunny 1 bedroom, 2 full bath condo which boasts a beautiful ocean side view from the second floor balcony. The spacious bedroom is furnished with two queen sized beds with new pillow top mattresses, a flat screen HD TV, and two wicker armoires. The living room area includes a flat screen HD TV and a queen sized sleeper sofa. We also offer a fully equipped kitchen with seating for six. A stacked washer and dryer is available in the unit for your convenience. Our condo is very clean and well maintained. We only rent to families and our minimum age for renting is 25. We cannot accommodate pets, smokers, vapers, or recent high school grads. Our unit is checked weekly for damage and abusive behavior. Maximum Occupancy is 6.
Summer View Condominium is a quiet ocean block building conveniently located in mid-town Ocean City. Summer View consists of five floors, the ground floor is under building permit parking. This is an intimate, well maintained, elevator building, which is just steps to the beach.
