She includes a large Margarita Deck- SHADED. With Charcoal BBQ and sink accessible from the Casita walkway and stairs from the entry courtyard.
With the Casita, La Perla sleeps 15 in beds.
Oceanfront patios upper and lower span the entire length of home providing 24/7 shade, propane and charcoal grill.
This homes has multiple functions for your fun family beach vacation.
The Casita provides privacy as well as a 2nd kitchen for extended family or a fun teenager hideaway! Summary: Such a great house! Very spacious with the casita. So nice to step off the patio and right onto the sand. We stayed with two families, including teenagers, and had a wonderful time. The kitchen was well-supplied so we could cook a full Thanksgiving dinner. We have stayed here before and will be back again. The teenagers loved having their own space in the casita, to get away from parents. The neighborhood was so quiet at night. The sunsets were amazing. The skim boarding and shell hunting kept the kids occupied for days!
