Come Escape at the Landescape! A modern, stunning 3 BR, 3 BA oceanfront home with ocean views, a private spa and breathtaking panoramic views of the ocean and Proposal Rock. Every amenity and detail has been considered to inspire guests to create, play, relax, swim, cook, read, be still.
Enjoy ocean views from the entire top floor, a gas fireplace and cozy library and heated floors. The vaulted great room features ample seating including a dining table and bar seating in the brand-new kitchen (with gas) as well as a custom sectional sofa. The adjoining, kitchen and custom island includes all new Bosch appliances, propane gas, Nespresso and Keurig coffee machines, pots and pans, utensils etc. for cooking and basic spices and baking supplies.
The house features 3 BR and 3 BA. Upstairs bedrooms (2) feature ocean views, en suite bathrooms with heated floors, and luxury linens. The downstairs suite features a king bed, desk for catching up on work and private bathroom. For ultimate privacy or split groups, it can be completely closed off and locked. All bedrooms have SONOS speakers and Echo dots. PLEASE NOTE THIS HOME IS A MAXIMUM CAPACITY OF SIX - CHILDREN ARE GUESTS AND COUNT TOWARDS THE TOTAL NUMBER OF SIX. Additional fees will be assed for guests found exceeding the limit of six. This home is not suitable for children under the age of five. Please message the host with any questions.
Downstairs off of the original spiral staircase is the game room with daybeds, kids toys and games, a flat screen TV, Peloton exercise bike (bring your own shoes!), and art supplies and books. The perfect spot for entertaining kids or a needed quiet space from the rest of the group.
All the modern tech conveniences: a 65 inch SMART TV offers cable, Netflix and all the apps you could want. A Blu-ray player; and cable tv is also provided. For quieter entertainment, a modest library, plenty of board games and puzzles are available during your stay. A dedicated desk is available downstairs as well as an all-in-one printer and basic office supplies.
The back deck directly faces the ocean and beautiful Proposal Rock. Hawk Creek is just steps away making one of the most spectacular views we have ever seen. To the side of the house is a private path to the beach, approx. 10 steps to the sand and shell hunting. Our home is located in a private, gated community which keeps the beach pristine and private.
You can walk down to the beach to adorable Neskowin Village and local cafes. We provide beach chairs, towels and toys to enjoy your time on the sand. The front of the house has a small deck perfect for morning coffee and sun. We typically see plenty of deer walking by and the occasional bunny from the front deck as well as birds and squirrels.
