Emerald Terrace is located in the hills overlooking Patong Bay. This offers spectacular views of both the beach and sea, the city and the lush foliage of the mountains behind. It is approximately 1km from the beach and the heart of Patong, close enough to walk - but just far enough away to catch a tuk-tuk back. There is a free shuttle bus service that runs to Jungceylon (a modern shopping center with plenty of dining and shopping options) 4 times daily.
The Penthouse encompasses the 7th and 8th floors of the building and the rooftop terrace is found on the 9th floor.
Pay attention, if you book for 6 adults you will have bedding for 6( means 3 king size beds); if you book for 10 adults you will have the full bedding of the apartment.
Guest Access
Patong is about a 45-minute taxi ride away from Phuket International Airport. There are a multitude of travel options including local buses, taxis or mini buses to transfer you from the airport. There are also plenty of international car hire firms operating at the airport.
The penthouse is located in the Emerald Terrace apartment building which has its own 24-hour staff and security team.
The staff at Emerald Terrace can easily arrange motorbike or car rentals for you plus assist with anything else you may require (transport, tickets, tours etc.)
Guest Interaction
Emerald Terrace have a full-time staff that you may contact for any requests (cleaning etc.). The owner is also local and easy to contact for more serious issues.

Water and electricity are included in the cost. The beds can be rearranged prior to arrive to better accommodate your needs. Bedroom One - 1 x king Bed, Bedroom Two - 1 x king Bed, Bedroom Three - 1 x king Bed and 1 x Single and 1 x Bunk Bed (1 queen bed in the lower level and 1 single in the upper lever).

Many guests choose to rent scooters during their stay. They offer a cheap and easy way to explore Patong and the surrounding beaches but have associated risks (especially for inexperienced riders).

The price is for the whole apartment (it cannot be sold separately per room). Check in is from 3 pm and check-out is at 11am. Early check-in and check-out are available subject to availability and you can store your luggage at reception.

Emerald Terrace is located in the green hills of the north end of Patong Bay. Within walking distance are local convenience stores. Patong is home to a vibrant nightlife, great shopping and high-class international and local cuisine. Patong is Phukets most popular beach and as such most businesses are geared to support the tourist industry - bars, restaurants, markets, massage shops, launderettes, souvenir stalls, tour desks and guest houses are all in the vicinity.
