A bonus is a charming ramada that overlooks the golf course - a perfect little retreat any time of the day and at night, turn on the gas fireplace and watch the sun set behind the mountains over a glass of wine!
The 2800 sq ft home, all on one level, is decorated with a Southwestern flavor and is monitored for security. The front door opens to a dramatic entry with high ceilings that continue through the living areas. The feeling is casual and comfortable, with windows that overlook the pool and the golf course. The great room is the "gathering place" - tile floor, area rugs, comfortable seating, 44" HDTV with cable, fireplace and large dining table that will seat 10-12.
The open kitchen with stainless appliances and granite countertops, is fully equipped and completes the great room - lots of counter space and loads of cabinets. A high counter with 3 stools provides an additional area for eating, as well as a small table and chairs that are situated near the windows to take in the great view.
An additional room with comfortable seating and a dry bar offers another place to gather or entertain and French doors that open out to the patio and view.
An added bonus is an office/den with French doors for a quiet spot to work. This room offers a comfortable couch, bookshelves, cable TV, printer and table desk. High speed internet WIFI so you can even surf the internet by the pool.
The master suite is alone on one side of the house and is carpeted, has a king size bed, sitting area and armoire with an cable TV and storage. French doors open out to the patio and the view. The master bath has a spectacular shower, two sinks with vanity quartz counter top. The toilet room is separate and the walk in closet allows for the largest wardrobe!!
Two additional bedrooms on the opposite side of the front entry are carpeted and enjoy separate heating and air-conditioning. One bedroom has a queen size bed with bedside tables and chest that offer additional storage. The second bedroom has two twin beds and two chests for storage. A guest bathroom with shower and bath accomodates these 2 bedrooms.
A fourth bedroom with a queen bed completes the sleeping rooms and is in its own private area of the house. A new bathroom was added with quartz tile and lovely shower.
A powder room sits off the front entry. There is also a laundry room, fully equipped with washer, dryer, sink and lots of storage and counter space.
