Additional amenities include a spacious laundry, walk-in pantry, stunning bathroom, and entertainment spaces such as a grand piano with a view, outdoor dining with a BBQ, and a wood-fired pizza oven.
The lower ground floor houses four spacious bedrooms, all with built-in robes and private sliding doors leading to the beach via a gated path. This level also includes two family bathrooms, a cinema, and another home office.
All floors are accessible by a lift in the main house, and hydronic heating ensures comfort during winter months.
