Welcome to our Crested Butte, Red Lady Home! Located a block from the The Center for the Arts, a short walk to outdoor concerts, groceries, numerous parks, the Belleview Bus Stop and about 4 blocks from Town Ranch Nordic Trails. This newly remodeled 3 bedroom 2 bath duplex, offers great views, a private deck, as well a great yard to relax in. Easy access to all Crested Butte has to offer, balanced with all the comforts of home.
This three story home has a one car garage, with parking for one additional vehicles. A private entrance walks through a foyer, and up a flight of stairs to a warm living . The fully stocked kitchen looks onto a dining area with a dining table, the outdoor deck, as well as the living area. This floor also contains a bedroom with a queen bed and a bathroom equipped with a washer dryer. Another flight of stairs leads to two more bedrooms, one with a king bed, and one with a double, as well as another full bathroom.
