Outdoors, enjoy generous front and back yards, a secure fenced-in pool (kept at a warm 82°), and a two-car carport with a ramp for stepless entry, complemented by ample driveway parking and an EV charger for your convenience.
Designed across two floors, the house seamlessly marries rustic charm with modern elegance. Vaulted ceilings and exposed steel beams highlight the rustic-modern aesthetic, providing the perfect backdrop for relaxation and rejuvenation. On the main floor, you’ll find two primary bedrooms with king beds and full en-suite bathrooms (one featuring a tub). An enclosed sitting room with a queen sleeper sofa, a guest bedroom with two twin beds plus a trundle, and an additional full bathroom provide plenty of options for guests. The fully equipped kitchen with new appliances and bar seating opens to a spacious living and dining area anchored by a cozy gas fireplace. Shop any number of cute mom-and-pop shops on Tinker St. Don’t forget to explore the various hikes around the Catskills, we recommend Overlook Mountain. Getting Around:
Overlook Meadow is less than two hours from New York City, and you'll definitely want a car to get there and around the area.
In the winter, we recommend a car with four-wheel drive that can handle the snow and gravel roads.
