Positive: The whole experience was a joy. The staff were very helpful & courteous; communicating in English was no problem (unlike some of the reviews here). The setup was excellent, the private spa was perfect (the water temperature just right, again, different to other reviews here), the room(s) very clean, with a wonderful smell of tatami matting. The food was superb, really classy & the extra drinks at dinner very reasonably priced. The whole stay was beyond what we expected, highly recommended.
Negative: Nothing we didn’t like.
Summary: A very enjoyable experience, worth doing & would do it again.
